Restaurant Hood & Exhaust Cleaning

- There should be no application of moisture near motors
- All Debris, grease, chemicals and wastewater associated with cleaning are to be removed from roofs, downspouts and parking areas.
- Cleaners must not stand on any metal or any sharp heavy objects on the roof membrane
- All kitchen equipment must be returned to its original location and operational state.
- All floors, walls and other areas affected by the cleaning process will be cleaned up afterwards.
- All cooking equipment and utensils will be returned to the original position
- No refrigerators or computer terminal outlets will be unplugged or used.
- No garbage or grease residues will be left on the equipment or premises.
- No food, drinks or other restaurant products are to be used or consumed without prior management approval.
- Smoking on the roof, in the kitchen areas or anywhere in the restaurant is prohibited.
